Shell with a Pearl

Town hall building. Every city has to have a heart. The underwater heart is a Shell with a Pearl decorating the whole city. This pearl will allow you to mint tokens that will be assigned to users as an airdrop at the end of the game. The pearl, depending on the level, will increase the number of tokens mined per day. Tokens minted from this building will be AirDropped after game phase to users. A 10% tax on pearl mining is built into the game.
